CLAIMS:  THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

All packages sent to you from Natalie Sarabella Store should be opened and inspected for breakage upon arrival. Any claims for breakage in shipping MUST be made within 24 hours of delivery. 

Take pictures of the damaged outer carton regardless of outside damage or not. Photograph the broken ornaments in its presentation box. Do not remove the broken ornament from the box. 

You must call or email Natalie Sarabella Store to receive a "Return Authorization/RA number". Items will not be accepted into our return facility without your RA number written clearly on the outside of the box. 

PRODUCTION TIME:

• All orders placed are sent out according to your selected shipping method. 

• Once your order is processed it will be subject to a "Production lead time" that will determine the ship date. Our lead time is usually 1-2 weeks if the ornament is not in stock. Upon completion, you order will be shipped according to your shipping selection when placing the order. We will do our best to have your ornament shipped within 1 working week from order date. 

* Production time is defined after receiving the order.
* Deliver time is calculated after production is complete. 

• All sales are final, No RETURNS
